What we collect
Sprint requests. When you submit the request form, we receive your name, work email, company, and whatever you write in the message. That’s it.
Pilot brief tool. The on-page brief builder runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are never transmitted to us or anyone else unless you choose to share them.
Analytics. We use Koko Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-friendly. It counts page visits without tracking you across the web.
What we do with it
We use sprint-request details for one purpose: to read your request and reply to it personally. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, ever. No automated outreach, no email sequences, no third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
Sprint-request emails live in the founder’s inbox until they’re no longer needed to serve you, then they’re deleted on request or in the normal course of inbox management.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email darkstar@thedarkdata.com and it will be handled personally — there is no support queue.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
