The service
The Dark Data sells a fixed-scope analysis called the Founding Pilot: $2,500, up to three approved business systems, 10 business days, read-only access (or client-provided exports). The deliverable is an evidence register — estimated recoverable value, owner, confidence level, and five recovery actions — plus a readout.
Payment
Pilot fees are agreed before work begins. The $2,500 fee is credited in full toward one implementation module started within 30 days of the readout.
Access and confidentiality
You grant read-only access (or provide exports) for the systems in scope. Everything we see stays confidential and is used only to produce your evidence register. We never modify your systems, and we never share your data with third parties.
No guarantees
Findings are estimates based on the data available during the sprint. Projected figures are labeled as projections. We identify recoverable value; we do not guarantee any specific financial outcome.
Liability
Our total liability for any pilot is limited to the fee you paid for that pilot.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
